Underrated is very different from just being a hidden gem not known by everyone
The line "Cause you know it hurts me every time you say it" gets me every time.
I want to float away to this song...I want to float in space and hear nothing but this..and I want to be nothing but this song.

its always nice hearing a band grow up as you also age.

They sounds soo much better live than on album.

Although I listen to their every single song with all my heart, I can't listen to this one. This really hurts a lot. All those memories.

I own two of their albums and was blessed to have been able to attend their L.A. show at the Ace Hotel on Friday March 25th. This was the first time I have ever seen them live. It was essentially a two hour dream of sonic rhythms and beautiful melodies and harmonies. If you are new to listening to daughter, here's what I recommend. After a long day, sit in your living room or your car, but it has to be dark. If it is dark and raining outside, even better. Then play the song "Smother" off of their album "Not to Disappear". Just close your eyes and listen. All the aforementioned elements that make them great are in this song. You will forever be chasing this first 'high' after this.

This really isn't what I usually gravitate towards. Good music is good music, and this is so profound that it transcends a lot of my own boundaries. I don't associate with the fear that is the subject here, but the fear itself cuts deep. Beautifully put.

Ive never heard a song that captivates an emotional situation so well. I lost my grandma who has severe Alzheimers last year, this captures the pain, the sadness, the guilt.... all of it. And the skill it takes to articulate such feelings...... well done Elena and gang x

Just saw them in Toronto last night, they are amazing live. I said a few years ago, they're going to be the next Radiohead. We'll see about that I guess. Their cover songs (Daft Punk, Bon Iver to mention a couple) are AMAZING.

shame they edited the hosts response put after...this touched my soul, her voice is up there with Hannah from London Grammar and Ben Howard you can almost taste the emotion and feeling in thier voice!! Quite a searching thing, but somehow it is peaceful at the same time and I'm not sure how they manage, we are blessed to be alive at such a time!!

How do you call this genre? I feel like I've heard this countless times before...it sounds so...weak, limp, feeble!
