Simple 9216 cauldron powder snow farm (~800 buckets/hr)

This is a simple, yet lag friendly powder snow farm.
2 things post editing:
1) Rain detectors are not needed as the player still needs to clear the whole farm after it snows.
2) Yes, the 3rd hopper is the output hopper, you solve the output :)
