@@LewisH90 Would be nice to see how they actually play out on the pitch. For example how players behave with and without certain traits. Would be really time consuming to put something like that together, but would help a lot of people making their own tactics.

Great tips, I’m definitely guilty of not changing contract renewals to start end of season as I’m normally in autopilot. Changing the players playing time is a great way to keep players happy before they come to you complaining, I usually go to player overview, happiness and then playing time, you can then see all options in a list and select each one, once you get too low you get the same message warning you a player may become unhappy, this way you can set a players playing time usually lower then expected most times, makes them delighted when they play more than expected.

One thing tangentially related to the first point. Whether your tactic is considered fluid, structured, very fluid, etc. is based entirely on the mentality of your roles (I.e. attack, support and defence). Generally speaking, more support duties = more fluid. The role doesn’t matter, a BWM on support will contribute the same amount to fluidity as an AP on support will, despite their being completely juxtaposed midfield roles. A more attacking team mentality will also require fewer and fewer support roles to be considered fluid. But, your players have individual mentalities, which you can see by clicking on them and going to the personal section on your tactic. An attacking team mentality will essentially make every support duty player have a highly attacking mentality.
All this is absolutely correct but it wasn’t a tactics video per se it was just 5 tips mate! 👍
@@LewisH90 Yeah I feel ya, just I'm sure someone will be wondering like I was recently how their tactical familiarity went down so much just from a few role changes hahah. Great tips though, I actually had never thought to use different training schedules to build different areas of familiarity before, always just chucked on maximum Match Tactics sessions.

One point on the final tip, if you select “End of Season” for the start date, you effectively gain an extra year.
When a 2 or 3 year contract starts in January or February, the first year runs until the end of the season, then the second year starts.
My other preference is to include an “Optimal Year by Club” especially for young players.

When changing playing time staus, its good to take the discuss option. Tell the player you are changing the playing time because there's a lot of competition in your position 😉.
Works almost every time, plus the occasional time it doesn't you just back down. No harm done.

It would be great to see a video on balancing budgets. I am always under the wage budget but the expenses keep going up. I monitor the scouting expenses closely, and handle all the assignments and I keep the shortlists from being always updated but I find that the budget is still way off.
When I’m losing money I find it’s my staff wages that are the problem! What would be included in the video that you would like to see?
For me I would just like to see your overall approach and some tips for a team that is in a negative balance. I searched around youtube and didn't really find anything like that. I'll dig into the staff wages I didn't think to much about that. Thanks. @@LewisH90
