Do you set your player roles based on their best role off of the role star rating or do you pick a tactic with set in stone roles that compliment each other and try and best fit the players into those roles or if need be get new players for those roles. Think what im trying to say is do you set roles based on how you want to play or set your roles based on the players you have. This is relevant to starting a save really.
Honestly a bit of both Colin. Probably like 75%-25% in favour of best role for the tactic and the 25% for what he is best at, but I will initially use a formation with as many roles that suit my players until I can get my own in.
Tip 1 to change to more defensive 4231 if you play with IW or IF and they don’t play as flat wingers and can only play as higher up wingers can you still put them further back and they play ok or what would you do? I hope this makes sense
I have done that loads of times, the only thing it affects is their decision stat so pretty much fine. I always like to retrain my wingers so they can play both LM and RM in case it’s needed.
I use encourage often when tied. I haven't tried the other ones. I'll give it a shot. I'll be back to yell at you if it gives me poor results.
