    One of those blue and white A36s was Allison 250 powered... And the brown and silver one at the end.

    How do they compare flying them? I have flown both non turbine and there is no comparison in handling.

      It is manufacturing by independent companies with the Cessna 210 Airframe.

      These airframes are being converted by certified aftermarket aircraft companies such as Soloy Turbine and Griggs Aviation (acquired STC from O&N).
      Soloy Turbine offers STCs (Supplemental Type Certificate) for a variety of aircraft using PT6 and Rolls Royce 250 turbines, including both aircraft shown here. Griggs has begun to offer STC updates and parts for existing Cessna P210 O&N RR 250 conversions. It's not clear if Griggs will begin conversions unless the aircraft is presold or a customer already has an airframe and wants to convert it to RR 250 power.
