Fantastic idea to use the resin like this, Beautiful piece ,
to bad about all the begrudgers who gave a thumbs down,
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks, John!!!
Love the pieces you make. Being you are the one making the bowl, those that complain can go make one the way they want.
Beautiful work.
Thank you so much 😀
I love the randomness of the resin!!! I agree with you that a bunch of different colors in deeper holes would stand out as well! Great work as always
Yes! Thank you!
What an interesting idea! I love the way the randomness on the inside almost implies constellations. The different colors only add to the attraction of the project. Kudos to the person who suggested this idea.
Thank you kindly!
Ha, a cheese block by Saint-Exupéry. Love it! Thanks for sharing🙏 Stay safe. -Mike😷

I like the peek a boo resin!! Keep on turning!
Thank you! Will do!
I liked the randomness of the epoxy resign holes. Nice choice of colors.
Thanks 😊
Best total control I’ve seen, yet.
😎✌️
A very well done video, I learned a several new techniques from you about bowl howling (I am on my 2nd bowl today) and will be using them tomorrow morning to finish #2. Thanks ya just made my day even better!
Fantastic!
I’m at the beginning and am loving the idea of the Swiss cheese projecr
Ha!!
Awesome bowl. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
I like the random pattern of the resin dots on this bowl. Your approach of just trying something to see how it turns out worked very well on this project.
Thank you. I kind of like it too!
As an engineer I would prefer a consistent pattern of the resin. Having said that, it’s good to have an artist that creates random designs with color. I appreciate your artistry. It was good to see you in FL.
😎 Thanks. I could never be an engineer--I'll leave that to you and Joe. It was good to see you too, I wish I could have stayed longer! Still cold here--in the 30's today even with the sun.
What a lovely bowl.
Thank you!
Glad I found this. I can feel a binge coming on!
Welcome aboard!
Beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
Thanks for watching 😎
I love the randomness of the piece.
Me too. Thank you!
I am OCD and normally like patterns and symmetry, but I love the randomness in this piece! And I agree with you, deeper holes and more color variety would make a spectacular piece!
Yes, definitely!
Looks great. I think you nailed it.
✌️
Another really neat piece. Like the resin 'dots' and the spalting on the rim just gives the piece more character. Stay safe and keep well.👍👍
Thanks!!!

Gorgeous, and you've gained a subscriber. I love resin and all the different things you can do with it. Blessings from Scotland.. 🙏🏴🌹
Thank you so much!

Thank you! Cheers!
Beautiful bowl!
Thank you! Cheers!
Very nicely done!!
😊
Thanks for sharing this video! I recently turned a practice piece of wood that ended up being quite pretty if it wasn't for the termite holes throughout. I was considering either filling them with epoxy or drilling them or opening them with rotary tool first then epoxy.. this video really helped me visualize what some of that might look like. I definitely did love the spalting!! You have a new subscriber in me from only one video watched, looking forward to more! :)
Beautiful piece!
Thank you very much!
Neat idea. Very nice!
Thank you! 😊

WAY COOL! I've had a similar idea for a blank but haven't done it because I wasn't sure that I would like the end result. I'm getting to the drill press! THANK YOU!
Go for it!!
The sides kinda looks like the gem stones stuck in there. Nicely done.

Awesome effect. I think you can do random and contrasting colors, but also very geometric with a smaller color palette. I hope you’ll do more with this. Very cool. 🤓
