i mean exhaust is hella underrated, on certain tanks its almost broken. i use it on k91 the tier 10, and i have like 50% stationary camo and you can do some crazy things without getting spotted. its my fav tank

Only some tanks can do that, not even all the light tanks. If it works and you have CVS you can completely farm the tds and arties hiding behind that rock, but you need high power to weight ratio to brute force your way up. WG tried to nerf the climb putting those rocks but it's still doable.

Kajzoo is pretty chill and gives a lot of insights in his plays and explains why he made certain decisions etc. Pretty helpful for other people actually. They actually met before in a match as teammates and that game kinda made me dislike QB tbh. He was just extremely salty and blamed his teammates (and Kajzoo) the entire time and even blamed him for his (QBs) own mistakes when he pushed way to aggressive into a clear disadvantage instead of falling back and rethink the situation. Hey I have started playing wot recently coming over from blitz (19k games, 63% wr f2p) and I have been struggeling a lot in the game, playing stock tanks makes me want to jump out of the window, the is3 with 175 pen is so shit it took forever to get to the bl9 gun after having to shamefully be a burden in most of my games due to useless gun missing at point blank range and shitty pen, can you tell me what I should do to make the game a little more fun? It sucks not being able to even compete when i know that I have knowledge that can get me far
I had exactly the same problem at the beginning. I used to be an excellent blitz player (was around top 5 eu full t10 in wn8 and avr dmg) and world of tank is a completely different game. The best thing is to play with friends and find a clan that suits you. For the rest I advise you to watch streamers like iyouxin, dakillazo or kazoo. They helped me a lot to understand maps and so on. Also try to 3moe t5/6 it truly help a lot.

Same here, 73% win rate full solo 300 ping, quit a few years and came back playing at a similar win rate to you because they changed how aim worked to make it harder on high ping. Blitz has a lot of transferrable skills, but it also teaches certain bad habits. Biggest for me is trying to play fast and make stuff happen. WoT often rewards sitting and waiting. Also, Blitz has a large ping based outplay element, which still exists in WoT but to a leser extent because it's less brawly. You need to play slower, it's a lot easier to throw a game by trying to win than it is win a game through action in WoT. It's not as bad at higher tiers as everyone's view range goes up, but conserving HP and waiting for mistakes is a way of life in WoT, from what I'm seeing. Playing as if there were 14 other yous, all making optimal plays, is even worse in WoT than in blitz. In blitz, you'll get fucked by shit teams not seeing opportunity even when it slaps them in the face, or 'good' players griefing your game to farm more at the cost of over all win chance, but in WoT the level of punishment you get for the same thing happening is way, way more because of how much further everything is. Instead of dealing 1200 instead of your 2400 tier 8 average, you might deal 300 for the same 'optimal play/teammate trust' mistakes. Exacerbating this, it's really hard to push on WoT because maps are even worse designed than on Blitz. Back bushes were already the single biggest cause of shit gameplay and low skill players ruining games on Blitz, but in WoT it's just on another level. The level of dominance elevated back bushes have on PC is something else. From a gameplay health perspective PC is definitely more skill expressive on a micro scale, you really have space to work vision based outplays in a way you can't on blitz, but map read and game flow sense is super suppressed by bad map design. My two cents of my experiences so far. Advice: stick to lower tier until you adapt, or be prepared to reroll when you're more familiar with the game.
Hmm seems to work different fir different people then, even tho i got through pretty much every tech tree in blitz i always had a shit winrate there because of the insanely stupid matchmaking getting 4 people on your team with no damage, or just afk all the time. Putting all my knowledge i learned in blitz to use seems to have given me an advantage. I've been on playstation for only a little bit, about to hit my 4th tier X with a 54%wr so far :) it's growing every day too since i'm still making up for the shitty stock grinds, just like you are experiencing😆 you'll get around it once you get the controls set to how you like it and just get used to the bigger maps/teams and you start getting the tanks you like you'll be doing fine, practice makes perfect. I do recommend watching a youtube video about controller settings after i did that my gameplay improved too, and save all the free EXP you can to just buy upgrades, so you can skip the stock grind and use the upgraded tank to grind for the next one after.

@@l.marleen987 why would you want to make your tank worse ? If you got credits you load gold. With RNG of the game and some tanks not penetrable by standard - why would you load any. Even if you aim for weakspot you can hit the armored part due to RNG - thats why its better to load gold. If you want a challenge you can try to 3 mark a tank or 100% it, its pretty challenging depending on what tank you choose
He is 3 marking the cheiftain PT, meaning he needs to do as much combined damage as possible to get 3 marks. Take a step back and use your head for a moment. Do you think he would rather spend an eternity bouncing the enemy or you think he would want to reliably pen every time, thus giving him damage to contribute to the mark. Idk about you, but most players care about performance rather than winning. Nobody gives a fuck about what you call a “code or honor” for not firing gold. Damage is damage and shots need to count, its part of the game.

Do you want his stream to be a bouncing compilation or do you want him to show you good gameplay and high damage games? Also,everyone can load premium ammo. Instead of bouncing 4 normal shells on maus cheeks you just load gold and pen him. If QB was a good player he would've played the close corner and angled his turret instead of showing his weakspots and then crying about getting penned. I hate it when people complain about premium ammo. It's a part of the game,you just need to know when to use it.
Kajzoo was playing on his CC (Community Contributor) account. Means he gets unlimited credits, gold and XP. Wargaming themselves do not allow players to look at CC account stats.
I love this gold ammo hate. On one hand i understand because i'm a heavy main but on the other hand it is a tool provided for free. If you force yourself to use regular rounds you are just fucking over your own chance of wining and doing dmg. I used to be a gold ammo hater to the xtreme, 0 gold in all my tanks but one day i was hhmm just try it for once and lo and behold my stats skyrocketed.( of course i became better and the game too) Gone from 5500 wtr to 7700 in 8000 battles and still climbing.
I also used gold ammo in my every battle but i always carry only 10 to 12 gold and the rest are regular round and HE my point is this kajzoo guy spamm alot of gold in every battle hes on. Not to mention i reached my 3rd mark on my IS 7 without spamming gold i only used gold when im facing maus that is because i used tactic not my wallet in the game just to prove that im the best player. World of tank is all about tactics not spamming gold.

WG is the one to blame here, some tanks are designed to shoot gold and some are designed to be shot with gold. The T-54 with 201mm base pen and 330 Heat. The type 5 heavy, base rounds have like 10% chance to pen gold rounds have something like 80-90%. Based on the tank's pen values i use 70% base rounds 20% gold 10% HE, this is more than enough imo.
QB = good player with a very above average winrate, more enjoyable to watch cause he has fun (IMO, dont get salty cause you disagree), also has settings turned up to make the game look good. KJ = unicorn, follows meta and plays op reward tanks most of the time whilst firing full gold and doesnt make fun videos, but makes informative and helpful videos, has potato quality graphics settings to maximise sweatiness QB helped me learn and get me from 45% winrate to my very slightly above average 50%, he doesnt teach me anything i dont know now other than positions on maps occasionally so i watch him for fun, if i want to learn i either watch iyouxin or kajzoo
Looks like you need to watch many more videos though. QB gets super salty sometimes...and let's better not mention when he blames other players with the words 'donkey, sweaty tryhard, moron' and other gems I refuse to put here. The fact he didn't get 'salty' here doesn't mean he doesn't get like that and a hint was when he checked Kajzoo's stats and he got blocked from it because it's locked.

I watch all the WoT content creators streams regularly and i can definetly from a neutral stand point say that kajzoo is the least entertaining to watch. He shoots full gold, plays meta tanks and definetly has some advantages from his CC account in comparison to others. Daki shoots full gold as well and rarely commentates on the gameplay. Dez is ok i feel like. QB has his problems but at least he isnt a meta slave and plays way more entertainingly. Skill in fact is the best CC wot has to offer. Doesnt shoot unneccessary gold and plays a vatiety of tanks on the highest level while having entertaining commentary and no blaming anyone without a reason.
I like Kaj for his more educational videos but I don't find him actually fun to watch. I don't care for the majority of the tanks he plays and there's a disconnect between him and myself since I interact with almost 0 of the pay to win elements whilst he uses them to his full advantage. And this isn't a slam against him, it's the game's fault, not the players. But the disconnect is still there.

Honestly, win rate means nothing in this game anymore, 9/10 games Im top with the most damage and have only got about 30% today due to most of the games being over within 3 minutes.
First of all, I hate all WoT community contributors equally for simply playing this game and supporting Wargaming, a sh*tty @ss company. But it's funny to see how both fanboi squads, QB's and Kaj's, argue who played better in this game and who's better overall lol. First of all, it's a team game. Kaj was literally disconnected a good portion of the time and the team kinda won the game for him. Secondly, he didn't even attempt to go against a Tiger 2 in his tier IX chieftain (top tier btw). He let the IS-2 go push alone and be a meat shield, yeah, yeah, I get it, standard unicum play. Then he got his @ss handed to him by a random 50TP. The game could've very well ended right there and then for him, IF the 50TP decided to help Tiger 2 and farm Kaj's HP together. Same thing for QB, playing with climbs and rocks and failing hard (even though that's a hard climb, I admit. Still silly to waste time like that when you're top tier and your team keeps melting around). TL;DR: it's pointless and silly at best to compare two CCs in ONE battle in a TEAM game where both teams do bad plays and none of the "heroes" really carried the game for their team. That game was a coin flip at best, since they both didn't bring much of their contribution to that game.
You understand kayzooCC is playing only with his CC account which is legit cheating because it is known for sure and seen in every game that RNG helps where all other players get trolled by RNG when fighting a CC! Kajzoo is not more than a decent player making money by cheated RNG for his streaming. WG should delete his CC Account! Maybe CC accounts should be allowed max 50 battles per month as they are only existing for show case... not to play them regularly for 10ks of battles.

In blitz, you'll get fucked by shit teams not seeing opportunity even when it slaps them in the face, or 'good' players griefing your game to farm more at the cost of over all win chance, but in WoT the level of punishment you get for the same thing happening is way, way more because of how much further everything is. Instead of dealing 1200 instead of your 2400 tier 8 average, you might deal 300 for the same 'optimal play/teammate trust' mistakes.
Exacerbating this, it's really hard to push on WoT because maps are even worse designed than on Blitz. Back bushes were already the single biggest cause of shit gameplay and low skill players ruining games on Blitz, but in WoT it's just on another level. The level of dominance elevated back bushes have on PC is something else.
From a gameplay health perspective PC is definitely more skill expressive on a micro scale, you really have space to work vision based outplays in a way you can't on blitz, but map read and game flow sense is super suppressed by bad map design.
My two cents of my experiences so far.
Advice: stick to lower tier until you adapt, or be prepared to reroll when you're more familiar with the game.

Hmm seems to work different fir different people then, even tho i got through pretty much every tech tree in blitz i always had a shit winrate there because of the insanely stupid matchmaking getting 4 people on your team with no damage, or just afk all the time. Putting all my knowledge i learned in blitz to use seems to have given me an advantage. I've been on playstation for only a little bit, about to hit my 4th tier X with a 54%wr so far :) it's growing every day too since i'm still making up for the shitty stock grinds, just like you are experiencing😆 you'll get around it once you get the controls set to how you like it and just get used to the bigger maps/teams and you start getting the tanks you like you'll be doing fine, practice makes perfect. I do recommend watching a youtube video about controller settings after i did that my gameplay improved too, and save all the free EXP you can to just buy upgrades, so you can skip the stock grind and use the upgraded tank to grind for the next one after.
Qb: feeds his side profile to enemies (so unfortunate), gets mad at rocks, gets mad at teammate, plays super aggressive even tho his team is losing and pushes in front like crazy mothertrucker throwing the game
Kj: PREMIUM equipment, PREMIUM consumables, ONLY PREMIUM ammo, DEFINETLY NOT PREMIUM connection, gets mad at enemies for shooting him (how could they?), PREMIUM RNG (500 m away, while moving at 30 km/h, in K-91-PT lower plate; and let's not talk about that shot to the arty... like cmon now....) and PREMIUM teammates

@@l.marleen987 why would you want to make your tank worse ? If you got credits you load gold. With RNG of the game and some tanks not penetrable by standard - why would you load any. Even if you aim for weakspot you can hit the armored part due to RNG - thats why its better to load gold.
If you want a challenge you can try to 3 mark a tank or 100% it, its pretty challenging depending on what tank you choose

He is 3 marking the cheiftain PT, meaning he needs to do as much combined damage as possible to get 3 marks. Take a step back and use your head for a moment. Do you think he would rather spend an eternity bouncing the enemy or you think he would want to reliably pen every time, thus giving him damage to contribute to the mark. Idk about you, but most players care about performance rather than winning. Nobody gives a fuck about what you call a “code or honor” for not firing gold. Damage is damage and shots need to count, its part of the game.

Won't write an essay about it, but that demographic is largely the reason the game got more casual and RNG-dependent. Old folks can't snapshot weak spots, so just nerf accuracy across the board.

Do you want his stream to be a bouncing compilation or do you want him to show you good gameplay and high damage games? Also,everyone can load premium ammo. Instead of bouncing 4 normal shells on maus cheeks you just load gold and pen him. If QB was a good player he would've played the close corner and angled his turret instead of showing his weakspots and then crying about getting penned.

I love this gold ammo hate. On one hand i understand because i'm a heavy main but on the other hand it is a tool provided for free. If you force yourself to use regular rounds you are just fucking over your own chance of wining and doing dmg. I used to be a gold ammo hater to the xtreme, 0 gold in all my tanks but one day i was hhmm just try it for once and lo and behold my stats skyrocketed.( of course i became better and the game too) Gone from 5500 wtr to 7700 in 8000 battles and still climbing.
I also used gold ammo in my every battle but i always carry only 10 to 12 gold and the rest are regular round and HE my point is this kajzoo guy spamm alot of gold in every battle hes on. Not to mention i reached my 3rd mark on my IS 7 without spamming gold i only used gold when im facing maus that is because i used tactic not my wallet in the game just to prove that im the best player. World of tank is all about tactics not spamming gold.

WG is the one to blame here, some tanks are designed to shoot gold and some are designed to be shot with gold. The T-54 with 201mm base pen and 330 Heat. The type 5 heavy, base rounds have like 10% chance to pen gold rounds have something like 80-90%. Based on the tank's pen values i use 70% base rounds 20% gold 10% HE, this is more than enough imo.

KJ = unicorn, follows meta and plays op reward tanks most of the time whilst firing full gold and doesnt make fun videos, but makes informative and helpful videos, has potato quality graphics settings to maximise sweatiness
QB helped me learn and get me from 45% winrate to my very slightly above average 50%, he doesnt teach me anything i dont know now other than positions on maps occasionally so i watch him for fun, if i want to learn i either watch iyouxin or kajzoo

I watch all the WoT content creators streams regularly and i can definetly from a neutral stand point say that kajzoo is the least entertaining to watch. He shoots full gold, plays meta tanks and definetly has some advantages from his CC account in comparison to others. Daki shoots full gold as well and rarely commentates on the gameplay. Dez is ok i feel like. QB has his problems but at least he isnt a meta slave and plays way more entertainingly. Skill in fact is the best CC wot has to offer. Doesnt shoot unneccessary gold and plays a vatiety of tanks on the highest level while having entertaining commentary and no blaming anyone without a reason.
I like Kaj for his more educational videos but I don't find him actually fun to watch. I don't care for the majority of the tanks he plays and there's a disconnect between him and myself since I interact with almost 0 of the pay to win elements whilst he uses them to his full advantage. And this isn't a slam against him, it's the game's fault, not the players. But the disconnect is still there.

First of all, I hate all WoT community contributors equally for simply playing this game and supporting Wargaming, a sh*tty @ss company. But it's funny to see how both fanboi squads, QB's and Kaj's, argue who played better in this game and who's better overall lol.
First of all, it's a team game. Kaj was literally disconnected a good portion of the time and the team kinda won the game for him. Secondly, he didn't even attempt to go against a Tiger 2 in his tier IX chieftain (top tier btw). He let the IS-2 go push alone and be a meat shield, yeah, yeah, I get it, standard unicum play. Then he got his @ss handed to him by a random 50TP. The game could've very well ended right there and then for him, IF the 50TP decided to help Tiger 2 and farm Kaj's HP together.
Same thing for QB, playing with climbs and rocks and failing hard (even though that's a hard climb, I admit. Still silly to waste time like that when you're top tier and your team keeps melting around).
TL;DR: it's pointless and silly at best to compare two CCs in ONE battle in a TEAM game where both teams do bad plays and none of the "heroes" really carried the game for their team. That game was a coin flip at best, since they both didn't bring much of their contribution to that game.
