Hi Bob. Great job with the speed walking and short sprinting. Keep at it. I have dreams about running 😂
Bob, I've been sprinting since July of last year. Being a Carnivore really helps the sprinting game! Here's a few things about sprinting that I've discovered:
1. Start VERY slowly. Slowly!
2. Start your sprint by rolling into it. No jackrabbit starts!
3. Try to sprint barefooted on grass if you can!! Anything done barefooted will strengthen your feet and legs.
4. Push through the pain, but never overdo the pushing.
5. Vary the sprints. Time and distance change ups.
6. Sprint every other day for recovery.
7. Have fun doing it!
As I was walking today, I noticed my eyesight looked a little bit blurry. I was wearing my distance glasses as usual and took them off to clean them. I looked up before putting them back on again and WHOA there Neddy, I could see BETTER without my glasses than with!!! I spent the rest of my walk testing ON, then OFF, ON again then OFF, LOL!! 😆 My left eye has improved quite noticeably and my right eye, which is considerably worse than my left has definitely improved a bit. My left eye must still be compensating for my right one, but I shall be leaving my glasses off from now on to see how I go with driving and so on. Feeling rather delighted as I tuck into my bowl of steaming hot mince! 👍🥳😊

I think your right. Some conditions could be more prevalent in a family, the diet and lack thereof can be the determining factor. I think the what you eat has the majority of influence conditions developing.
Hey Mr. Bob You have a great day and ALWAYS REMEMBER DO WHAT YOU CAN WITH WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IT WITH AND I WILL SEE YOUR NEXT VIDEO. I have not been walking once a week like I used to I have to work back up to walking again with my breathing respiratory issues but I will do it and get back to my once a week walking outside and when it gets too hot to walk for my breathing and too cold with a coat on I will go once a week walking indoors. I still enjoy your videos.
Oh one other thing I want to mention I think you come across to me in your videos is I think you are a really cool person.

Hoping carnivore will help reset a few things and once I’m at a reasonable weight I hope to switch Keto. Probably not because I enjoy carnivore and I feel great. Keto is just easier in social activities

I tried the walk run/jog thing for a bit as I have never been a runner.
5 of us siblings. I’m the only one overweight. Unless I’m related to the milkman weight isn’t hereditary

My 1% (maybe 2%), I'm below 230, 228.8. I also am down at least one size. I purchased an XL shirt and it's loose. A year and a half ago I was wearing 4X.
The only thing hereditary is eating habits. Don't hurt yourself Bob, brisk walking is good enough.

South Texas is an odd place to choose to move. Horribly hot, infested with aggressive bugs, and increasing tension at the border. Why wouldn't you choose to move to Wyoming or Montana?
