7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.
8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.
Apostle of our time I’m one of those who use to dislike Apostle Chiwenga I was his critic, I use to say he has bitterness that’s why he preaches bad about other preachers. But now when Jesus found me thru the Word he preaches, I can’t sleep or spent a day without listening to his sermons. I’m now addicted. God revealed to me that He has sent him to rebuke the church and the National leaders and to preach the gospel to the poor, heal the broken hearted and proclaim the true gospel according to the scriptures. Iv never seen such boldness when declaring the truth of the Word of Jesus Christ. This kind of an assignment God will not give it to cowards, but the brave, the fearless who knows no boundaries in commanding the true gospel of Christ. Our nation too blessed blessed. Such gospel is not preached in other churches because there is no revealed Christ.

I can hardly sleep without listening to this real undiluted gospel. Apostle Chiwenga separates the best from the rest. HE IS A PURE GOSPEL GENIUS. I used to hate his gospel when i was following the Nigerian charlatan TB Joshua. Now i am blessed.

This is direct from above. In Zimbabwe we are waylaid by the glorification of people. I am humbled that we are now having man like Apostle T F Chiwenga who is clearly showing us the true word of God from the Scriptures. I love his preachings they are true. He gives us real examples of what we know and relate what we were all along thinking to be true and the actual word of God. Thank you God.

If you listen to this sermon from 1 minute to 30 minutes you expect him to explain what worshipping God in vain is. Alas he will give you a meaningless history of twisted stories with nothing concrete about his title.
I find it very strange that he took so long to prove who is saved and not saved using the Pharisees and Scribes.
Luke 16 vs 14 Pharisees were lovers of money. So one cannot mix mammon and God = worshipping God in vain.
The Scribes were readers and scribing the law ie ( Clerks of the synagogue) ...
serving God for them was a career.
Scribes were hirelings.
So from Mark 7 there is no concrete evidence of proving one salvation in a sense which proves the salvation of ordinary suffering Zimbabwe citizens.
Worshipping God in vain is praying and claiming to be a Christian while living in sin of fornication drunkenness adultery witchcraft and all the evil Galatians 5 lists as a works of the flesh.
You cannot worship God and live in sin = worshipping God in vain.
