@@revanthrao7262 give me two more months to answer this question. Till now looks like they are planning all the amenities promised plus some more amenities that they added on their goodwill (like ev charging parkings etc). But, everything time will tell only after they deliver the full project.
@@MrDurgasagar So I'm an owner in their Kollar venture. I've received handover last month and am waiting for the occupancy. Quality wise over all for construction and civil work I would say it is good, or even a little better than good. But, for finishing touches, like tile work, paintjobs, electical point works etc, the work could have been a lot better. I feel their choice of contractor for these works could have been better. The builder is building everything with full enthusiasm and also addressing concerns till now, which is a great sign.
