Shaping RIM Services to Meet University Administrative Needs |

A range of challenges face higher education, including artificial intelligence, demographic changes, and the loss of faith in higher education. This session explores how university administrators drive the usage and service models of Research Information Management (RIM) systems. Based on interviews with 12 administrators from different #UniversityofMinnesotaTwinCities colleges, attendees will learn how administrative goals and challenges impact RIM systems and strategies for addressing these concerns.
