I disagree. Season 1 of Arcane raised 2 questions: can Vi and Powder get back together, and can top-side and the undercity have peace ? And the show answered to both questions with Jinx's final act. You could stop it at season 1 and it would be a whole show with a complete story.
One neat little detail about this episode. Obviously the show is a work of fiction, but there was in fact a fire in 1657 - the great fire of Meireki which destroyed 60-70% of Edo (what would later become Tokyo)

Absolutely love the show, but wondering why they made Fowler overpowered. He is like Mike Tyson in Knockout. Mizu beat the Fangs , the giant, and so many others, but the white man was this formidable?

Princess Akemi really reminds me of Sansa Stark. A young, naive, and seemingly fragile woman, but over time you see her become smarter, wiser, and more politically savvy. I can’t wait to see where her character goes in season 2.
One of the theories is that the father she is seeking to kill is not a man but her mother, a white woman. We will see if season two determines whether the show will lean toward that conclusion.
I didn't feel anything when Akemi's father figure guy died...I sort of got pissed off when he betrayed his master.....betrayal is betrayal, doesn't matter for good reason or bad (I hate the plot where the bad guys perfectly calculated plan fails when some fucking underling gets a good human awakening bullshit at the last moment and betrays the schemer, ruining his plan)...and also even if her father sided with shogun, they couldn't possibly do anything to stop fowler by that time lol so taking the winners side was actually good move.....when all is said and done, Akemi is doing what her father wanted for her lol

I hate that we’ll have to wait almost as long as season 2 of this show as we did for Arcane. Hopefully it’s worth it.

It took a whole season to get Fowler, only the second of the four, so I hope that there will be two more seasons.

She's way better than Sansa. For staters she's resourceful , extremely witty and smart . Both can be bratty at times but in different ways.
