Don't buy the PPV, I know I'm not. Sport is about the fans. He'd have made millions in the UK, millions in the UK, millions in Nigeria and Mexico, all relevant locations to this fight. This is all about even more money! 16000 fans with no affinity with either boxer in Saudi or 80000 of his own fans at Cardiff? How can this be justified from a sporting perspective? Deep down we know it can't. In fact if it's about the sport being developed let the Saudis pay for Sky to make if free to view instead of PPV. That would put Saudi on the map. Because Ruiz didnt want UK. It's as simple as that and Matchroom didnt wanna give Ruiz the advantage again by having it in USA. This location will be a massive problem for Ruiz. Saudis love AJ particularly after the picture of him in the mosque in Dubai. Plus Saudi is only 2 hours ahead of UK. RUIZ got his work cut out.

He has signed a contract that says that he has a rematch. The "I didn't sign", "I don't want to go there", etc. is just mind games to mess with Joshua preparation. Ruiz has already started his preparation. There's no more uncertainty.

Nobody can force him to do so, even it it leads to court. When so much money is on the table you renegotiate. That's why only sleeze balls like Eddie and Don King would think to make stipulations for the future, in which there are so many unknowns. Before he signs I bet he gets at least 20-25M for the fight.
