Voilà une version de Chaconne de Bach que je n'avais jamais entendu. c'est très beau. Très difficile de rendre tous les effets de la partition avec une flûte, mais elle se rapproche considérablement de la version originale pour violon seul ce qui en fait toute la richesse. bravo à son interprète.

As a performer, it is the best recognition to know that the message contained in each score clearly reaches the listener, awakening emotions, which is the ultimate purpose of art. Great sound and great way to keep the momentum in this « Everest of the violin » transcripted for the flute. It is a world in itself and I have been practising it since 20 years. If I can have only negative one comment: I feel the breathing at 5:06 (just before the « climax » preceding the arpeggi section) is breaking the Natural flow of the music and should be avoided (keep Milstein’s version in mind when playing this). Thanks for bringing us this amazing work in this beautiful transcription.

Bach a choisi le violon ou le cello pour des motifs bien précis : timbre, couleur, expressivité .... L'original reste l'original. On ne pourra jamais égaler le violon . Néanmoins l'interprétation à la flute est prenante et passe mieux qu'au saxophone! Bravo encore.

Although you have done very well, I can still feel something out of your control. To be honest, chaconne is not suitable for flute, just like you could not force a man to be pregnant, no matter how similar the man looks like a woman.
You kept the beauty and listenability of the piece, despite the considerable technical difficulties you had to master.
