Keep up the great work Ash! You are one of only a handful of reviewers that I fully trust. Your candid opinions and honesty are much appreciated. I blame/credit (depends on the day) you, partly, for my 50 plus fragrances that I have purchased in the past year.
I love the OG, but yeah the Parfum is smoother and darker. As soon it is available I’ll buy it. Heck, woman love the OG, never got more compliments with a scent. And the Parfum will do the same job.
But it's toooooooooooo fckn sweet juat like Armani Code Absolu which I luv, but overly sweet frags gives nauseous or headache feeling and same chit with the OG JP scandal. That is why this one is lesssssssss sweet and just smoother and BETTER 😜
I have the original and I really do love it and I was debating if I should grab this one or not but if I do it won't be anytime soon just because of the hassle and it's going to be to find it and purchase it and have it shipped to me I'll just wait till it hits discounters or is more readily available
@@mattsmith1440 I love a lot of older Dior, Chanel, and Guerlains. I am more or less a 'niche snob' but even a lot of niche is chemical sludge to me. Guerlain Vetiver, Dior Eau Sauvage, Chanel Pour Monsieur, Dior Homme (pre reformulation), Gucci Guilty Absolute, and many others. Just the last ten years seem to be absolutely awful for the most part. The scent is like good speakers...if you can turn it up and not be fatigued, then the delivery is smooth and wonderful. Natural fragrances tend to have this feel. Can't put my finger on it but my nose isn't fatigued. The latest one that blew my mind was 'Mon Oasis'.
As a Scandal owner, I think the Parfum is more mature and might be better for some guys. But for me, the og is great!
Keep it up Ash! Love you ❤️

I own the Og and imo it’s smells like a fragrance you smelled 100 times before smells good but not one bit of originality
@Extra_nose_fragrances yeah it smells like joop homme Extreme
Since YOU introduced us to news parfums; my 10 or so purchases have been flawless.....
I’ve been watching for 3 years.

Great review and I enjoyed it and I'm going to try it and have a blessed day
Scandal Pour Homme EDT is untouchable. Lasts over 12 hours and has enormous projection and sillage.

Hello Ash been eyeing that one
The sandalwood makes the drydown smoother , but honestly for me who have the edt i think isn’t worth buy le perfume , the two are so close .
I saw this in the Houston, Tx airport and also in Chicago’s airport.

I love the background song.
i really think, this fragrance is a mythical creature, you can see photos and read articles about it, but you cant find it anywhere
It’s available on the official Jean Paul gaultier website and that’s all I know of
Which projects better and has better performance this or the edt
I'm a big JPG fan, but the edt of Scandal didn't really move me. I'd like to sample this one to see if I like it better.
Then gooooo test it and stop being a lil girly lil man 🤣
In my opinion, listing only three notes generally means chemical sludge.
Out of curiosity, are there designer fragrances you like? If so, which ones?

Interesting list thanks for sharing. I have one or two points to make, but it's late here, tomorrow I'll send a proper response.
@@mattsmith1440 look forward to it.

❤ When you say “the original” do you mean the EDT, OR WAS their an original EDP?? Can you compare the longevity to the EDT??
EDT
@@extragentsscents thank you I love the EDT - the EDP testers in any store have proven impossible to locate to try it out
I wanna taste them on my skin. I love red tobacco Mancera on me, after that I taste some masculine perfumes haha
It's not taste, it's smell
@@kdmscarlett2012 don’t u say taste or test as well?
I bought mine back in January but it was definitely difficult to lock down a bottle. Got mine thru fragrancebuy.
can we have a video on cranberry fragrances? keep up the grind good sir!
Why is it only Americans seem to have trouble sending / recieving to other countries??
Hey Ash! Totally off topic and wrong season, but what would U consider a beast mode like version of Tommy Bahamas St. Barts? If there is one?🤔
