I'm glad you were able to end the day with a shower and a wash your shirt and an ice cream! Yes there were amazing views - but 30+ km of those very hard surfaced tracks especially the ascents out of each bay - well that looked tough to walk on a hot hot day! At least it's not Tararua Forest Park! 😀All the best!

Did the exact same walk (Camp Bay to Mistletoe) in October last year, Mistletoe is a great spot. That's some great km's and elevation alright.
