اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لاَ يَنْفَعُ وَ مِنْ قَلْبٍ لاَ يَخْشَعُ وَ مِنْ دُعَاءٍ لاَ يُسْمَعُ وَ مِنْ نَفْسٍ لاَ تَشْبَعُ
"Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min 'ilmin la yanfa'u, wa qalbin la yakhsha'u, wa du'a'in la yasma'u, wa nafsin la tashba'u. (O Allah, I seek refuge with You from knowledge that is of no benefit, a heart that is not humble, a supplication that is not heard and a soul that is not satisfied.)"
Allahuma inni aoudhu bika min ilmin la yanfa wa min qalbin la yaksha wa min nafsin la tashba wa min daa wa tin la yasta jabuu laha. Oh Allah I seek refuge in you from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart does not fear you (humility and awe) , from a soul that is not satisfied and content and from a dua that is not responded! 😁
Asalam ma laykum may allah bless and ease the sufferings of the ummah and may allah have mercy on all those that have passed away before us and may Allah have mercy on us when we pass away and may allah cure all those that have a sickness and a disability and may allah grant them a cure that leaves no aliment and may allah relieve the distress muslims and may allah answer all our prayers and duas ameen

Allah subhanaho wa ta Aa'laa bless Barakah in our lives and ilm and eeman
Maa sha Allah, intention makes it all. Purifying intention is a must for all.
وَاتَّقُوْا يَوْمًا لَّا تَجْزِيْ نَفْسٌ عَنْ نَّفْسٍ شَيْـًٔا وَّلَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهَا شَفَاعَةٌ وَّلَا يُؤْخَذُ مِنْهَا عَدْلٌ وَّلَا هُمْ يُنْصَرُوْنَ
Waittaqoo yawman la tajzee nafsun AAan nafsin shayan wala yuqbalu minha shafaAAatun wala yukhathu minha AAadlun wala hum yunsaroona
And fear a Day when no soul will suffice for another soul at all, nor will intercession be accepted from it, nor will compensation be taken from it, nor will they be aided.

JazakAllahu khayran for this reminder, actions are by intentions. We should seek knowledge only to get closer to Allah. It's really hard because the nafs doesn't like it haha. May Allah Ease us.

I seek knowledge so I can be protected from dajjal and his army (freemasons, mormons, other cults). I seek knowledge to be closer to Allah; to be a friend of Allah. I seek knowledge to better my life and gain the favor of Allah. I seek knowledge so I can enjoy being alone with Allah.
I travel for work so I miss Friday prayer often.
