a couple of things
1: They forgot to mention the girl in the first episode that he breaks up with because she only liked him for his socks, Then Stephanie whom he also ran over and That weird girl in an episode who he broke up with because she had an imaginary unicorn.
2: Mrs. Benson dating Spencer was gross, she was like his mother, especially after that episode where Freddie moves out and she takes Spencer's undies and tries to sew his name in them. I. can't. even.

In the final episode Spencer mention that he received a call from one of his exgirlfriends. He never say which of them was, but I think that he was talking about Cassie, because after the call he tell Sam, Freddie and Gibby that she was the only girl that he really loved, and analyzing all his relationships the best one by far was with Cassie, because it was notable that both enjoyed spend time with the other and Spencer didn't have to pretend being other person to impress her.
