I am 60 years old now. Listened to all kind classical music. The last years I prefer The piano music of Bach and Schubert. This music gives me a rich comfort for The soul.
The dissonant minor 2nds (if the F-Sharp was notated as G-Flat, it would be an split-1 chord) in the right hand and the major 2nd in the left create this weird harmony that surprisingly resolve quite well into a dominant 7ths
Oh. So its classified as grade 6 only? Well, technically it looks easy. But this is often played by pianist in concerts and even in big competitions. So i didnt thought it could be only grade 6

Where are you from?))))
Schubert is a composer that you'll never get tired off.
Or always. But who cares..

There are always so many little gems by Schubert around.
Something so simple and satisfying about this
Puro Schubert: dulcisimo, hermoso, lánguido, melancólico... and a little sad, yes.
1:00 Wow.Unexpected, unique.That'so precious
I love this chord at bar 27 (1:01). If you pause right before it it sounds like an error. But as soon as the G7 comes then everything makes sense.

I love this piece and your interpretation is really good!
Nice, and a little sad.
Beautiful, congrats ❤️ Olikris

I remember practicing for a recital on this piece. ❤
Шуберт вечно юный и до конца непознанный .
Его нежная музыка для нежных сердец .
Great

@@classicallypoppianoyu that's grade 6 of the abrsm combined music schools in Britain.
Just like Bach, Schubert was a close friend of God.
Just à question: I understand Schubert was not a virtuoso pianist, how could he play what he wrote...?
Because this is not so hard, at least compared with something by other well known composers (i Guess)

Seinem lieben Freund? Weiss jemand wer das war?
Ein gewisser Walcher
