INGREDIENTS FOR the PORK SIRLOIN IN ALMOND SAUCE RECIPE:
1/2 Pork tenderloins
5/6 garlic cloves
2 slices of bread cut into pieces
100 gr. Raw almonds
200 ml. Meat broth
100 ml. Brandy
100 ml. Evaporated milk (can also be cream or heavy cream)
Flour for coating (it can be wheat or gluten-free flour)
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
250 ml water (or the amount necessary to lighten the sauce)
