    nadugi is not cottage cheese, it is similar to riccota, but with less fat. it is made of leftover whey from cheese making. cottage cheese is made of milk and lemon juice.

      Incorrect. Chacha (ჭაჭა) means 'grape pomace' or more specific 'vodka brandy'. From ჭაჭა, Russians use the term чача... which equates to the same thing, vodka brandy. 😉
