Drinking good wine with good food in good company is one of life’s most civilized pleasures. Wine is the most civilized thing in the world. Love from Korea🇰🇷💕
I live in Oklahoma, and never imagined beans and cornbread to be a popular dish on the other side of the world. That is really cool. Thank you for showing us Georgia. I am in love.
Beans and corn were introduced to Georgia somewhere in the 16th century through Europe; after the discovery of the Americas. Potatoes were first brought to Georgia in 1818 by German colonists. Corn is more popular in western Georgia because soil there isn`t suitable for wheat.
David, thank you so much for showing us the beauty of Georgia with its amazing food and people. Always on my bucket list and is now on top of that list! Your videos are beautiful, intetesting and fun to watch!👏👏👏👏😍
I am watching all your videos, even though I am an Indian, you have eaten more Indian food than me. And the way you treat others in each video is great. God bless u , love from india, big fan.
Well, you can certainly drink like a pro, considering how much you had to drink! :) The Georgian homemade wine, especially the white/amber variety, can be very deceptive, I mean, sometimes it does not even feel like liquid - the most unusual wide drinking experience, it feels like cold heavy condensed air full of flavors flowing down your mouth. Incredible! Thank you so much for the videos!
All that wine in the winery cellar was amazing and love how they make their wine. Would put this place on the bucket list. Also seeing how families make the wine to really nice to see. Clay pot system of making is probably one of best ways to make wine. Nice meal at the end looks so good. Thanks for the wine adventure :) ♥
Awesome bro - that spot looks pretty epic esp for a wine and dine .. on top of the hills overseeing the town.. having great food with the locals. The food looks great too - nothing too intimidating and I can immediately connect with what you were eating. THat chicken with the plum sauce looked especially interesting and tasty!
Every week food passion from my food family!!! I love it!! Thanks to Best Ever Food Review, Davids Beens Here, The Food Ranger, Luke Martin and Mark Wiens!!! For the cultures and great foods!!!👍💪👊🙏💙😋😋😋😋😋
Davidsbeenhere : Hi David, I enjoy your videos, for me you are the best YouTober in this gastronomic genre; They are the best, and thus as detailed as the samples and that you also add history, culture, landscapes and architecture of each place you visit !!! ... but, can I give you a suggestion and don't you bother? is there any way you can get more followers ?? if there is, and it is, at least by subtitling everything you say in the videos into Spanish, you have no idea how many people follow you from Latin America and who see them but you don't understand what you say; only if you did that would be much better; because of the rest they are excellent !! thanks a lot, David; I your number one fan !!!
You know- what? Almost every and any family in Georgia has own winery!!! And it is up to Law!!!! There is not such a business like moonshine producing!!! It is anywere in Georgia LEGAL!!!!
When a person likes absolutely everything and always begins to suspect him of insincerity. I'm talking about all the videos, not about this particular one.
I don't think he is being insincere. He is just pointing out the positive aspects of each item. Some people like plain simple (bland) food so he highlights those characteristics just as he talks about food or drink with more complex flavors. Also, part of the winery/restaurant/guest house compensation is probably the exposure the place is getting from being featured in a video on David's channel.
@@emilybh6255 I agree with you in part. And he probably chooses the most delicious places, and not everything in a row, and the guides take him to special famous restaurants. But I don't trust the reaction of bloggers who like absolutely everything. Sometimes at least something should be disliked, even because of taste preferences.
I love all your videos but the guide Mariam and I'm sure she is a nice person....is firing a lot of statistical information at you that feels like she learned something off by heart and is not really....feeling it. A bit less info with more feeling would have been nicer. Like the very first guide you had when you arrived to Georgia...Sophie I think...Maybe it's because of her level of proficiency in English, Mariam seems to be translating a little bit in her head.

This young Georgian lady is sooo fake… Seems like she does this commercial only delivering with a cold heart and the numbers in her eyes
Georgia looks very very poor.
Not attractive for me!
