They don’t want to put themselves to the other inmates… by going to offender classes, you are telling all of his pod mates he is a one. He probably told them he was in for something else to avoid a SOS call.
Indecent Behavior, which is the charge they allowed him to plea, IS NOT classified as a S3x Crime; thus NO SOR req. The pleading down is bad enough, but all too often these CS DAs allow lesser sentence dropping from felony to misdemeaner & to an offense which is outside the parameter of S3x Offense. We need to strengthen the laws when it comes to kids such that they MUST prosecute accordingly.
This is where the system is failing. Rehabilitation should be the primary focus for all prisons and these treatments should be available to all prisons who are not serving life in all facilities. These people will one day rejoin society. They need treatment! Our system sucks.

Yes, I know a few child mlstrs.(Not sure if I can spell it without TH-cam throwing a fit)but this one he'd go to prison serve a little time and get back out it was a routine in and out. Everyone knew who he was our town is small and so are the surrounding towns.Everyone knows your business for miles around there's no hiding anything.The weird part is woman would date this guy and move him in after he'd get out knowing who he was and what he'd done.They allowed him to babysit giving him full access to their children.I just don't understand how or why any parent would jeopardize their children like that.I don't think there was a single child who he lived with he didn't hurt.I have no idea where this guy is today but I bet he found another family.

It always gets me when they say that the prisoner who is in for sex offenses to children... They say, "He was a model inmate.. a model prisoner." Well, of course he didn't get in trouble in prison.. there's no children in prison. They're in prison because they commit crimes against children, and prison doesn't have children, so I really don't think that should be taken into much consideration when they get put up for parol.

He got 15 years in prison. The victim got a life sentence. I'm a retired mental health social worker that worked with Level 1 adults and kids. Level 1 were chronic, severe and involved multiple agencies in the treatment plan. What people don't understand, is the younger a person is who's been sexually assaulted, there is a permanent change in brain chemistry. Each time an assault occurs, there is another permanent change. I'm 63 y/o. My first abuse occurred at approximately 6 months of age due to severe gag reflex and aversion to certain types of food textures. I have almost no recall nor memories of most of my life. As it stands now, my final diagnosis is Dissociative Identity Disorder in remission, Bi-polar stable, PTSD in remission, and a few others. DID was formerly known as Multiple Personality Disorder. I was so shocked to hear the diagnosis that I called my childhood friend and asked her about it - if she knew what I had gone through. She said she did, but would not discuss it as it wouldn't change anything nor be of benefit. She did affirm that in grade school, she knew I had different personalities but just thought it was my quirkiness. As I said. He got 15 years and the victim got a life sentence.

Nowhere near the realm of what took place in this case, but my step mom's brother was inappropriate with me when he was 20 and i was 15. During this couple month period, I woke up one morning and he was standing nearby watching me sleep. To this day, it bothers me to have someone watch me sleep. I can't imagine how damaged these small children end up because of these monsters.

I suffered for years, then ended up needing 2 surgeries for endometriosis (which they are finding might be connected now) and then suffered migraines that put me in the hospital multiple times and financially hurt me. I watched a video about a village or community of paedophiles in Florida. They live separately from society. Some bring their families and they have access to town. Jail is useless. They create chaos in jail. They might get longer sentences if they were housed in an institution specifically for them. They wouldn't need high security since they're angels in jail.

Nowhere near the realm of what took place in this case, but my step mom's brother was inappropriate with me when he was 20 and i was 15. During this couple month period, I woke up one morning and he was standing nearby watching me sleep. To this day, it bothers me to have someone watch me sleep. I can't imagine how damaged these small children end up because of these monsters.

Sad to say, 'family' is the cause of loss of innocence. Mothras' hubby gaslit her to the point that she stopped loving me by the time I was 3 and a half, I have had to defend myself since; how bad can a 3 year old be? They are why I don't believe in marriage and why I will ALWAYS listen if my kid says ANYTHING close to wrong, there is NOONE on Earth that will mean MORE to me than my own flesh and blood and that goes for the other parent, kids are 1 of a kind, other adults - not so much. I am perpetually single because I can't trust others, been proven right too often before I was 10 years old, women are abusers too, they just don't get looked at because (my parents) swept it under the rug with my Grams' blessing - that teen girl isn't blood, they protected themselves so DCF didn't get involved, so they could do 'them' and they let everyone have a shot at me. "You have to be better." Those words still echo in my head and darken my heart . . . I pray everyone that had innocence stolen finds a way to live better than those that let it happen.

The law should be changed with a mandatory sentence of 59 years with plea deals at 30 years. Not eligible for parole until three-fourths of sentence served.

He needs to be institutionalized--like in a PRISON.

I suffered for years, then ended up needing 2 surgeries for endometriosis (which they are finding might be connected now) and then suffered migraines that put me in the hospital multiple times and financially hurt me. In my state, I couldn't go after the person, because of the statutes, but I ended up suing them to hold them accountable at least a little bit.
