We think it is a great 2 person, 1 pet rig or a 1 person, 2 pet rig. Two people are having wonderful adventures in even smaller rigs out there but as we always say 'there is Right RV out there for Everyone'. You may enjoy some of our reviews on larger trailers if this one isn't going to suit your needs. Thanks for watching
We've recently ordered a Bambi 22FB without actually seeing one. This was a great way to get a free tour, unbiased of course. Very well done! Looking forward to enjoying our Airstream. Thanks for the excellent video.
First video of yours I've watched, and I have to say, awesome job! Very detailed, but I love the unbiased, casual approach you use. You covered all the important stuff, and kept the tone friendly and laid back. Will definitely be watching more of your channel. 😉👍
Oh wow that's so nice to hear. We totally appreciate it and we are glad that you appreciate our unbiased point of view. We work hard to maintain that. We love all RVs but we also know none of them are perfect. We are thrilled to have you along for more. Thanks for watching
Good review! One thing I’d like to bring to your attention; the 4.3 Cu Ft refrigerator is in fact a 2-WAY, compressor type that runs on 110v or 12v. Even though the door looks small, it’s much deeper and more useable than the old style absorption design. On the outside, there is no venting required, resulting in a much cleaner look.
Thanks for that information but we did point out that sometimes a trailer is brought in with different options than what might be seen in the brochure and this one's spec sheet stated it had a 3-way fridge. The brochure does say that a 2-way is standard so you always want to check the specific info on the trailer you are looking at. Options can increase cost, increase weight and may not even be something you want, so you want to look closely. There are lots of pros and cons and discussions going on over which type of fridge is best. Our answer to that is the best type of fridge is the one that works best for you. It really is a personal preference and it is great that Airstream is letting folks choose. Thanks for watching.
We bought this model, our first RV in Dec and going on our first trip next week! I loved your review. The only thing you didn't show was the stereo/DVD system in the second overhead cupboard in the kitchen. And there was also a retractable clothesline in the shower. Can't wait to take it on the road!
ve heard that the Airstream Campers, though beuatiful, are not that well insulated and can get very hot in the sun and freeze in the winter. I this true??
Great question. As we have never owned an Airstream our answer is based on the information we have from owners that we have asked and it is true to a certain extent. I will refer you to the Airstream construction video where we answer more of these questions in detail th-cam.com/video/pVb105SAisE/w-d-xo.html (including the other one you asked). Hopefully we can help you out more. Thanks for your questions and for watching.
We have one...havent found any issue in the sun.....as there is ac inside:) havent used it in the winter....dont think the 22 ft sport is really made for winter weather......in cool spring or fall weather...its totally fine...actually nice and cozy......the furnace is very helpful on cooler days if needed
It's an Airstream! I love them all but you know how sometimes something just tickles your fancy... that's probably what it was. haha I'd have a whole line up of them if I could. Thanks for watching
I always enjoy your videos they stand out for their PRACTICAL aspects. Thank you. Question. I am a 63 year old single female and I plan to buy a trailer to be a digital nomad, just me and my dogs. I am fit but not mechanical. I have never owned a trailer or camper. At first I thought I wanted the Basecamp because it is small and easy to pull/navigate, but then I thought maybe the Bambi, for the extra space since I will be living in this. Any ideas for my situation? Thank you- you rock.
It is wonderful to hear you are heading out on a new adventure and we are so happy you are finding our reviews helpful. We do try to be practical and we would love to help you out more. The biggest question we have would have for you is where do you plan to go? Then there are many others but to start, if Airstream is the manufacturer you plan to go with, that is the one of the biggest differences. If you would like to chat more privately please email us at doessizematter99@gmail.com and we can talk more or just respond here. So glad you are following along with us. Thanks for watching.
Enjoyed this review very much. The size of the bathroom is amazing & love that shower seat. Please let me know where to find the attachments u spoke of, at the end of the review. Btw is the inside shower handle also fed thru an opening to utilize it as an outside shower?
Glad you liked it. The end screens are links that come up at the end of the video which will take you to other videos and we always include the nuts and bolts construction video there. You can just click on it when it comes up. Check out the exterior driver's side again and you will see the placement of the outdoor shower. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching.
You are right the storage is limited but I think AS owners use their tow vehicle for those kinds of things. Glad you liked the review. Thanks for watching.
For sure an option if you are ok with giving up floor space in a small bathroom. Pros and cons right? The question is how much does it inconvenience you or not. We would have to use it for awhile to make that determination. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and watching.
Love you did the 22ft :) We have the same one but a 2013. We love it...it is an awesome trailer (perfect for two people) .......7yrs old and still in perfect condition ...quality.....imo Missing it right now, so hoping we are able to use it this summer ...... lets hope for a vaccine soon.....
It was a little gem. We can see why you like your's so much. Nice to hear from an owner and know you are still happy after 7 yrs. We are all hoping things will improve soon and we can get back out there. We are still planning, just keeping it open for changes, being flexible. There will be a huge collective YIPEE when we all close the door and hit the gas pedal once again. Thanks for watching.
@@DoesSizeMatter great!!🤗👍 I like the 23 foot since they have the dual axles for long travel that's the one I'm going with, I wish the 25 ft had the rear bathroom , I haven't seen one. Thank you for your reply, love your Chanel recently subbed🤗🌹
Wow that is super exciting! So cool to hear our video helped you out. Let us know how it goes and send us a pic to doessizematter99@gmail.com when you get it. It is such a cute lovely trailer 👏 Thanks for watching.
Thx this helps to set the measures into relation. Super nice informative video. There are not a lot airstream dealers in europe so it is a little hard to go and see diff. Models.
@@joergdweis Sure no problem. Where are you in Europe? Hope all is going well there. An Airstream would be a cool trailer to see driving around there and it would fit better than most of the trailers we drive around here in North America.
3rd review of yours I have watched. You guys really do a great review👍👍😎 Airstream is always the leader. I am not going to comment on the price. Because after all, price is subjective?? The product is not 🤔🤔😁
Glad you are liking them. We do love Airstreams too. They aren't perfect but none are and ya you are right price is all about what people are willing to pay for a product and Airstream is having no problem selling their rigs. They are just so cool. Thanks for watching.
One other cool thing about the bed, is that it folds up giving you access to those 4 bins from the top!
That's an awesome feature. Thanks for sharing it and for watching.
Your reviews are literally the best. Thank you.
We are thrilled that you like them. We'll keep working on more. thanks for watching
This is good for one person and some dogs. Two people - not enough space.

Southern Vermont...from Ohio
Need storage under the dinette seats.
Also agree. We get it there are different styles out there but for us storage is more important.
How much for it?
Those details are always included in the numbers section of the video. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching.
Ok the bins sold it for me!
We agree, we loved those bins.
Footstool for in front of the commode.
That's what I thought as soon as I saw that. LOL
How tall is the lady doing this review? Either she is very short, or the interior is made for very tall people!

Super video guys! Airstream trailers are great trailers but very little storage. They need to fix that compared to other premium brands...
You are right the storage is limited but I think AS owners use their tow vehicle for those kinds of things. Glad you liked the review. Thanks for watching.
Maybe someone could build a footstool with a drawer for comfort & storage.

I really like the bathroom in this one, very roomy, sometimes airstream bathrooms are cramped.
