I thought that was how they were deciding between two people on the 11th question but that therory went out when they didn't know for sure the last one.

Ever since Fall semester of 2020, the exams were no longer required for those school systems, but the vast majority of schools from other states and private schools still require the exams for admission from high schoolers.
That’s so weird cuz that exact same story that happened to Will happened to me when I was a kid but my arm got trapped and burned all my left forearm off. Fun times lol😅😅😅😅
