Free Camping Kanab Utah / Free Camping Near Zion National Park

- We show free camping in Kanab Utah which is also great free camping near Zion in this video. We found this great spot on freecampsites.net (link below). This spot is 15 minutes from Kanab or 15 minutes from Zion's east gate. We enjoyed our 2 week stay here and were able to get a lot of great hiking in due to the great location. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

(Red Canyon is really impressive). If there is no map, just follow the road and explore.🙃Angel's Landing is the first place I want to go. Antelope Canyon is famous enough to appear in the ectans of our computers. We would also like to see Bryce Canyon. There are many canyons to hike. Lots of space for camping. Fantastic! I am giving 4.99 out of 5. ahaha
I think you would have a great time in red canyon and at angels landing. What hikes or trail are near where you live that you love?

Hey it has been awhile since we have been here but if you go towards Kanab on the highway there is a sign for the pink sand dunes on your right :) hope this helps

I'm looking at going to zion to hike angels landing, is this spot close to the park entrance ?
It is lottery based now, make sure to look out for that. Off the East entrance to zion there is a paying campground which is pretty nice and doesn't get as full
@@joser709 We entered the lottery the day before, got a ticket. Boondocked the 1st night, then got a spot in the rv park. awesome trip, angels landing/hike was beautiful.

We definitely will Jane! I'm not sure if we will make it this year or next year because we are going to shoot across to the east coast in the next few months but we definitely want to see Idaho
