Hey @Supatease, I have been pvping in wow since vanilla. Love your content, fantastic guide! Makes me want to play aff lock for the first time. I’ve had some high ratings, but generally casual now. My problem is gearing. People say it’s easy now, but it takes quite some time to go from full honor > conq. Seems like you need full gear now to compete. Any chance of an updated gearing guide?
Honour gear is honestly fine. I leveled my warlock just now and I just transferred a bunch of honour over and used a few conquest chests to get 3 or 4 pieces of conquest gear. Felt very strong still. the difference between conquest and honour gear is quite small to be honest. Go have fun brother!
Can you show vs an entire melee lobby. The only time you played against double melee was when the rogue and monk were on the same team. Even then they only both trained you for like 5 seconds, didn't really get any good examples.
Bro I just was in a shuffle against 2dks and a warrior. Least amount of fun ive ever had naturally went 0-6 had a resto shaman blaming me for his losses. I felt like I survived the best I could and did what I could. Even had some really close matches where we coulda get a kill but there’s just not enough burst from me to help my teammate when I’m getting trained the entire match. If there’s a mage or hunter or something at least I can get some wins and I even had a few lobby with 3-4 wins but yeah all melee is like auto 0-6
Too much casting. MR is not viable in pvp. Better cast a fear or refresh dots. Everyone dispels UA so you d rather cast UA than MR. Add to that times you re on cc then SR to PS to Soul swap you re down on health drain life is full stacks you use drain life followed by defenses or whatsoever. MR is only good on instant casts under crescendo especially vs double melee. Sometimes I run out of shards too with all the jinx talent used thanx to dispels, so casting MR is a luxurity
This is a month late. Obviously things change in a big way with a new expansion. First time playing Warlock. I didn't know what Soul Swap was... Was looking for it forever. It's a PVP talent that literally no guide I've seen has mentioned. That seems like a big deal.
yea is it only me or did he say im going to show you how to do a double melee lobby then not do a melee lobby where he was the main target. Try Rogue/Mage 2's or war/disc 2's

Something you didnt mention, theres a toy in oribos, that makes it so you dont have to mouse over click on the warlock gate, useabke by all classes

@KippoKupo I'm a long haul trucker. I work 12 hours a day 12 days straight and only get 48 hours of home time. The last thing I am is spoon-fed.
