Oatmeal 1 cup.
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp.
Nuts 50 g.
Apple.
2 bananas.
Vanillin.
Place in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes.
Recipe 2
1 cup oatmeal.
1 cup walnuts.
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar.
1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
40 g pumpkin seeds.
1 banana.
lemon juice.
100 ml water.

3 eggs.
1 teaspoon sweetener.

1 teaspoon baking powder.
80 g cranberries.
Orange peel.

Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

The high fiber in oatmeal fills you up and quenches your hunger. Also, User, grinding oatmeal does not remove any nutritional value whatsoever and I lost a lot of weight in three months. I look sooo good! 😂😊🎉
