If a race car doesn’t want to kill you is it really a good race car?
I'm always amazed at your ability to create a constant stream of interesting commentary, while concurrently driving in a literal race 😮
I fudged up race 1, had a terrible car for race 2 and I won’t mention race 3 at all :)
Think I am finally getting the hang of these busier filming races. This was the best I have done in a Forza filming session. Some great racing the battle at the front in race 3 was fantastic. I made a mistake going onto the final lap that put me out of it but still a solid session overall.
We need a set of races done to certain class levels, but no brake upgrades
YT asked if your video was a good recommendation, and of course, I said yes.
If the quad rotor is such a challenging engine why not have an event where everyone puts the engine in a different car and see which one performs.
The Sabre: looks cool but it extremely hopeless lol
Love the Larry Perkins livery on the commodore driven by AA4 and ok yes i like the DJR livery on the ford as well

oh yeeess. The Castrol livery is an equal 2nd of all time for me, in any series worldwide. Everything just feels right 😂
being that its the same model commodore as my first car and that, despite multiple instances looking out the side window at the tree or pole i expected to be wrapped around momentarily, its still here in the driveway intact and original. And I feel more fond of that livery as time goes on
You should try a race where you set the fuel level to be 1or2 laps less than the race and everyone has to try and make it to the end by conserving fuel
Alex’s ability to create entertaining content from such a disappointing game is genuinely remarkable.

can we all just pause at 22:40 for a moment.. to appreciate this leaderboard, with 13 drivers finishing an almost 10 minute race within 22 seconds of each other, only 4 "dirty" fastest laps, with a max difference of 2.9s fastest to slowest...
with 0 penalties... in Forza Motorsport.
I know FM's penalty system is scuffed, but this is still a rare gem in the see of dive bombs and bumper cars that (it feels) everyone else is spamming.. thanks for that. (:
I think FR disables penalties in their games
Custom lobbies don't have the option for penalties iirc

I learned a maxxed out cortina with an ok driver mod will dump on any s1-s2 porche
I appreciate all the videos you make! Very much looking forwards to more Beam MP. Personally, Forza is a bit less exciting to me. But to each their own. 😁 Keep the vids coming
We would love to do more Beam. But the issue is the hardware. If you remember the last few BeamMP videos, you saw how bad the framerate got.
Spec class it, put the slicks and aero on the bought cars but limit mods to that.
IRL I always get a laugh out of those "built not bought". I have built plenty of cars, nowadays I realize what matters, I don't care if someone builds or buys their car, as long as it is something they enjoy and they take care of it. You will never save any money "building", so... just get something already completed that you love. Heck, you'll even be on the road faster.

You guys need to seriously consider putting penalties in your races. The aggressive drivers simply take advantage to bully their way through the field, and lately it keeps getting worse. Not fair when the winners are also the most clumsy drivers. Penalties are in driving games because of players who drive as they do. Rubbing is racing. Dive bombing under brakes is for children.
I agree i would also like to see em back even though the penalties are quite stupid at times but it would still feel more fair and as you said the ones who are to agressive etc would be forced to race more carefully too instead of just bullying their way through
penalties in Forza are sh*t, go to our lobby takeover videos and you'll see why we dont use them.
Good idea, but Forza's penalty system is truly demented. For example, it will often give a penalty to the victim of a ramming, rather than the perpetrator. Or will penalise you 2 seconds for breathing on track limits, and not penalise you at all for cutting corners in a big way.
I can't even finish the first 'race', not that you can call it that. Lately this group is just playing wreckfest regardless of what game they're in.

Bought cars are decent enough to have a fun race. I think that if forza upgraded cars perfectly, people wouldn't use that aspect of the game.
Curse of the commentator strikes again….”my car has a lot of grip…it’s very good in the corners” then proceeds to loose the back end, sliding onto the grass. Ohh Alex 😂 please never change!
