You hit the nail on the head at 6min!! That false sense of success is such an easy trap to fall into. One of my SaaS was "okay" but, in my mind I thought it was ready for massive trajectory...dumped tons of development hours into it...only to find out that the niche really wasn't a perfect fit.
Where do you think the particular IG scraper extension views came from? People searching YT? External links pointing to the video? Curious how they got the views (and then installs) with such a small channel.

thanks, Allen 😎 I would imagine search + a little algo. I had a similar video on my home page not long ago... I kind of doubt external as they might as well direct them to the product instead of a YT video.
Subscriber count has become nothing more than a vanity number at this point - doesn't play much into views in many cases.

@@millionaire-millennial Thanks! Great point about External - especially since it's not a high-quality / sales pitch style video to get consumer buy-in or lead gen.

yea I wouldn't exactly call it a VSL lmao 😅 haha I'm still kinda surprised it did well without audio, but I've seene even worse videos do even better.

Videos like these - yep, why i stay subbed.
One thing, as a sidenote. It kind of occurred to me, triggered by something you said.
Most people trying to succeed in biz, complicate the marketing aspect. They buy books, click on facebook sponsored ads to see if this or that course is good, etc.
In the video, you talked about "spreading the word". Everyone who struggles on marketing, should just ask themself, what would it look like, if I started simply spreading the word in the best way possible for my product. And then sit in silence and let ideas come to you. And you'd just start organically realizing.. "yep, I need to start this youtube, or this new tiktok.. because that format of media would fit my message."

Absolutely, Steve. 90% of business is just actually doing the boring hard work that you know you need to do.
most people just don't do it.

You’ve got to teach us how to build a product even if it’s simple so we get the idea, btw you look like xabi Alonso 😂

Depends on where your viewers are from and what their interests are.

yes, of course. You want to target viewers with your videos that are interested in your niche & product solution. A SaaS product won't convert on an audience that is used to Minecraft videos lol

@@millionaire-millennial unless it's a SaaS for Mincraft Server Management lol (just kidding...kinda)
