It's Kraven's family that get killed. Miles or Peter can take down all of the hunter bases fairly early. Kraven himself can still be alive at this point, story-wise.

He says "good riddance" because at this point in the side quest, they're just learning that his family is passed and that they no longer need to concern themselves with anyone 'but' Kraven. Until then, they were worried that they'd have to face Kraven's family, but now they don't- hence "good riddance".
Kraven's family is dead so that's why Peter said good riddance he said it bc his family is dead. So they can't attack the city and the only one they need to worry about is just Kraven. You can trigger this if you are in the final stage of the symbiote suit and before Miles helps Peter take it off.
People actually use the invisibility? It had so many features taken away (like recharge venom by sacrificing invis) that it was just so underwhelming compared to Miles' game version

Think about when you’re doing “Find Grandpa” side missions or side quests… When a grandpa ask Peter about “he has a girlfriend” Peter said “yeah” When you’re doing the same mission or quests, Miles says something different like he has a different dialogue! Symbiote or not Peter has his own dialogue whether he get mad or not! It’s depends on what suits you’re wearing! This is called “details”!! Even though, Sandman, Symbiotes, Venom, Mr. Negative, and civilians can see Miles while he is actually invisible!! That is still called “details”!!

There needs to be either a mod or a toggle in game for NG+ that lets you choose peters aggressive dialogue or normal, I didn’t hear enough Symbiote Lines tbh.
