Youre not alone w/having a bad clinical experience. I graduated 2 years ago and because of covid, we could mainly get pediatric and neonatal experience...when i went into adults , it took me a long time to get comfortable...i didnt even help intubate or was able to get an abg until a few months into being a new grad
Also had CIs that were rude on us for not knowing or acting fast enough during clinicals...she ended up getting reported
