The gender-neutral term pibling, a shortened form of parent's sibling, may refer to either an aunt or an uncle. In some cultures and families, children may refer to the cousins of their parents as uncle (or aunt).
All of them together mean "Relatives"
Anyway, "Piblings" is used very rarely. "Pibling" is commonly used.

Yes, offspring is more precise but, perhaps, a bit too formal. 'Kids' is used quite often for the little ones, but that, too, is imprecise

-children of any type of aunts and uncles are simply Serbian word for cousin (rođak/rođaka) or: brat od (brother from-)/sestra od (sister from-) ujaka/strica/tetke - yes, we consider them also as brothers and sisters;
-both godfather (one who witnessed your baptism or baptism of your child) and one of two witnesses at your wedding are both: kum (his wife: kuma), however man who at baptism and man at wedding can be and often is the one same person;
-second witness at the wedding is: stari svat (however that's how it should be, but today the most of people practicize that groom chooses one best man who will be "kum", bride chooses one female best friend who will be "kuma", while "stari svat" is somebody at the wedding who gets some other role at wedding celebration party which variates from family to family);
-male child of "kum": kumić;
-female child of "kum": kumica;
I certainly forgot some of the relationships but these are the moat of them and keepnin mind that almost each one of these names for relationships has 2-3 alternative names.

In portuguese we use always the masculine form, instead of "parents" we say "fathers" to both father and mother. The exception is grandparents that would be "grandmothers" for both granmother and grandfather
