துவரம் பருப்பு / Toor Dal - 4 TBSP
உளுந்து / Urad Dal - 2 TBSP
உடைச்ச கடலை / Fried Gram Dal - 3 TBSP
பாசிப்பருப்பு / Moong Dal - 4 TBSP
இடிச்ச பூண்டு / Crushed Garlic - 10
உப்பு / Salt
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் / Dry Chilli - 12
பெருங்காயம் / Asafoetida
கறிவேப்பிலை / Curry leaves
நெய் / Ghee - 1 Spoon
