@@LeslieGMN I know I was very lucky to have her in my life. I was also fortunate to have her in my life as long as I did. Regardless, it's very hard being without now. Life will not be as happy as it was before.
@1aikane My beloved grandmother used to tell me she’d live until I “didn’t need her anymore,” and I’d reply that I’d always need her. Well, I got to have her until I was 36-and I still miss her dreadfully. Happiness is possible, and I wish it for you. Will be thinking of you, and pulling for you!
R.I.P. To your mother. My prayers are with her and your family. I hope that you are doing ok. I lost 4 very close family members this year 2019. Death sucks. But they are in a new happy place where they are healthy and happy. Not suffering any more pain.

My dad was a talented artist in his own right and was a really good man. He died in June 2019 at age 91. He wasn't famous but made the world a nicer place!

Tim Jackson Absolutely. She was my best friend and I miss our Saturday Skype sessions even though I hate Skype! lol... I don’t think we ever really know how much we love and appreciate our mums until they’re gone. I know one day my boys will realise this. Hugs to you and everyone who lost someone close this year ❤️

Im still young and cool and have forever I think and then I realize how much has happened and how I can't do the things I use to.....like jumping out of bed in the morning and being able to hangout past 10;00pm when I would crawl in at 5am at one time and still go to work. Im a Paw Paw and it happened over night!!!😉Cool I'm not anymore😎It sucks!!!

She wasn't famous, but I lost my mother this year on Aug 18 at only 66 years old.

I can echo that sentiment, having lost my also-not-famous, but nonetheless deeply and widely beloved mother to cancer on November 9 at the age of 76.

I’m 54 years old and still stunned when people younger than I am die. RIP to all.
I’ll never forget how my father, a white man with Archie Bunker attitudes, fell head over heels for Diane Carroll. He wouldn’t miss an episode and it actually changed a lot of his misdirected thoughts of African Americans.
That was one success for, " A Racial Program for the Twentieth Century". Mission accomplished.

I have lost everyone of my old friends, that sure put things into perspective for me. I'm 66.
My daughter died in April 2019 and my mother died in February 2019. RIP to both. Forever missed. 💕🐝

This is the show i was referring to Kat, i didn't see the original series because i wasn't born, but i watched reruns years later, i read Sidney Poitiers autobiography & he had a serious thing for her for a long time. She should've had a bigger career, she was a beautiful looking woman & was certainly one of the pioneers of her craft.

I've lost three of my family members this year first it was my cousin Charlene Charlotte porter she passed away on Monday November 11th 2019 and that was veterans day and on Monday and on Thursday November 28 Thanksgiving day my Aunt passed away on Monday December 9th my other cousin passed away may they all rest in eternal peace .

I would also like to add John Jenkins MBE 1919-2019 aged 100 - D Day veteran, appeared at D Day 75th anniversary & was given a standing ovation from world leaders, including President Trump, Prime Minister May, Queen Elizabeth II & Prince Charles. John loved his home town & his local football (soccer) club Portsmouth - owned by Ex Disney CEO Michael Eisner. John was the boardroom steward at Fratton Park for over 50 years, & entertained many people over the years including George Best, Sir Alex Ferguson & Arsene Wenger. John passed away after a short illness. Everyone from the club & city of Portsmouth lost a true hero & we thank John for fighting for our independence.

Just saw Kristoff St. John and Victoria Rowell (Neil and Druscilla Winters from The Young and the Restless) just this weekend. I had no idea they were in a movie together. Thinking of his passing made it bittersweet. They had great chemistry on the soap, and also in the movie, "A Baby for Christmas". RIP

Doris Day was one of the pioneers of animal advocacy. A true voice for our furry friends.

Jan Micheal Vincent also died in 2019. He starred in the Airwolf tv series.

I will never forget so man of these people. Especially, Doris Day! I constantly was approached by people asking if I knew that that I looked just like Doris Day! What a nice compliment!
She was my first love as a nine year old boy in fifties Britain. Now like it or not, it looks like I`ll be loving you too lol!
My mom passed in 2007 at age 76. My dad is now in a nursing home with dementia and cancer. I miss my mom so much and wish she was here. She was a great person too.

I love how every black actor they had to point out that they were a black actor or writer it’s nice to know that we’ve overcome pointing out what people look like and focus on what really matters their talent
I lost my mom 29 july, I miss her alot R.I.P
None of these people had any affect on my life whatsoever... but I’m sure thousands of people died this year who weren’t famous, but were Dads, Moms, brothers and sisters and they had a profound affect on those around them. Let’s run a video for these people.
Yes, for families, vets, teachers and the list goes on. I did a tribute video to my mother and now I'm working on one for my dad. I hope you will try to do this, too! Many thanks for reminding some of us!
