It’s better to buy a car in second hand Bcoz it’s much cheaper. Like £1500 to £2500 u can get a good car. Also monthly insurance will be around £100 per month

Online application takes two steps. one to apply online and getting a form through post in your home address. And second is to send the filled form through postal dept.

However, I have my NI number & Bank account with me as address proofs to show to organizations is it all enough and valid as my address & right to work proofs. what do you suggest me not to apply for PDL until we done with job searching process ? or else will organizations will convince as I have all other valid proofs to work
You can apply once you reach uk and get your brp. But u should book your theory test date after 185 days only. Let’s say u reach on 1st Jan 2022. U can apply anytime after that. You will receive your provisional license by 31st Jan 2022. On 1st Feb 2022 you are trying to book for your theory test. You can select a slot which 185 days away from 1st Jan 2022.
