I can respect AAMU's arrangement. As a 100 Alum and listener of the Hunned for many years prior, I've only known their version. It is refreshing to hear another bands interpretation of the song. Good job to both bands. Hunned sounds damn good on this, but that's what I expect coming down to the end of the season, especially on a standard in our book. Would have loved more dynamic contrast on some of the sFz but that's just me lol
The scoring and orchestration of the "100" arrangement are more professional, musical, mature, clean, and clear. The separation of voices (SATB) in this arrangement is on a different level. There is no comparison. And what about creativity???
Both arrangements are nice, BUT I like the fact that Alambama included a verse and bridge. I wish Sarge would add a verse to our interpretation, for me that would take it over the top!!! Great job both bands!!!
Come on man… Everybody knows that’s one of The Marching 100 Classic arrangements… Hands Down 🐍🧡💚🧡💚🐍
The Marching 100 arrangement is actually two different songs. Backstabbers (Ojays) and Git it All (Mandrill)
I always wondered how FAMU came up with that unique arrangement for Backstabbers. Never knew it was a mix of two songs.
I dont know why any band would play backstabbers or say la la against FAMU. Thats setting yourself up
You must not have heard JSU play say La La
@@TeeeDay I have and wasn't impressed
@@TeeeDayjsu say lala is def better than FAMU
Exactly what I said!🔥. Sos too
They played it cause they wanted to hear the 100 play it in live and in-person…IJS
I didn’t know FAMU’s version was a mix of two songs 🔥🔥🔥

Lol, stop lying😂 AAMU is closer to the original song, and it grooves better.

I was thinking the same thing about AAMU’s version. I’m 100 die hard, but I really like AAMU’s version… great job both bands!😊
AAMU is closer to the actual album. But the 100’s arrangement got that fire.
I’ll take AAMU arrangement but with Famu playing it lol
When did AAMU get all those tubas?
I like both versions however Famu got a hold on me lol
FAMU obviously played this selection better:::Hubba Doc!
Why was A&M so big at this particular game?
