I love your videos. You are real and very creative. As much as I enjoy watching the Ginas, Lauras and Jennifers, but they seem to be plugging products, and have all the new stamps and dies, and some of us have a limited budgets.

Love this, also a paper shredder is good for strips (if you want to keep them the same width that is), you have now made me want to cut up strips 🤦🏼‍♀️🙆🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤣 thanks JD.... 👌

Love the way your topper is the same size of your cardstock......much easier way than having an edge showing...'W's other half

💛 Hey JD. In the '80s I revived my paper crafting. I began using my favorite vintage quilting patterns reproduced with colored paper on greeting cards. A lot of fussy cutting done !
Keep up the paper crafting videos. We ❤ these.

I guess I forgot to hit the comment button when I wrote one last night!
All of the colour combos and designs were really effective!! Just watched the end again so I could sketch the design options.
You are the first person to mention electronic die cutting machines for cardmaking of anyone I have watched on TH-cam.
Would absolutely love some videos using one. I own a Cricut and am just making friends with it.

Fab-You-Lusss! Love your glamorous designs. You really went for it! I recently got shiny black cardstock from Erin Lee Designs, and you’ve inspired me to use some of it for large word dies/alpha dies like your Hey sentiment. One was better than the next! I began cutting some strips with my largest paper cutter, DH heard rhythmic cutting and asked what I was doing in the craft room. I said, Making Strip Cards, to which he replied Please Don’t Send One to My Mother! 🤪

Boy, you hit the ground running with this video. I have been playing with strips of paper since I bought the dies, but cutting them on the Cricut sounds ALOT easier. I have not only been mixing the colors of the stripes but also the width...I throw a 1/8” gold strip in amongst the colors, really gives it some punch. Thanks for your great idea’s. It got me fired up to give it another shot.

These are definitely my favourite cards ever! They have that 80s, Tron-like vibe that's also really 21st century at the same time, if that makes sense. I also loved watching you cut off the strips, it is so satisfying! I could watch you make each one all day! I'm itching to try this out, thank you so much for sharing your talents!

My favourite thing from this video is the idea of smooshing off the excess glue for the die cut sentiment! I've struggled with messy liquid glue and it never dawned on me to smoosh off the excess on scrap paper - when I saw it on the video, it seemed so obvious! Apparently not. :) Thank you for all of these ideas. As with most of us, I have loads of scraps that I couldn't bring myself to throw away ("I might need them some day") and now I have the motivation to do so!! :)
