也不一定，面对口音很重的印度人的时候，说这句话可以把blame转移到自己身上，然后礼貌的让对方放慢语速重复 （虽然明显是印度人的错，他们从来不为自己的口音道歉，也不会礼貌的放慢语速，噼里啪啦飞快的说，好像全世界都欠他们要听懂他们似的）
