The top screw on both sides attaching the backpiece won't screw back in all the way and it's aggrivating me... been trying to do it for over an hour

Is the iskur V2 seat cushioning equal to the enki range which is labelled for comfort? My office chair gets minimal use, I just want something that's instantaneously comfortable, not sure whether the iskur V2 or enki pro is the right choice for my use, given the enki looks to have less back support.
