Brother, this pasta was insanely good!! I have made quite a few dishes over my culinary career but this one was quite memorable!! The shorts ribs and the roasted garlic cream with the braising stock took this pasta to another world!! Thanks for sharing your comments! @@JoeYourCookingGuide No rush, man! I know you're good for it! Hahaha! People who don't make vids have no idea how much work goes into it. And I have a full time job too, so I am always busy myself. I feel your pain. When I have a window of time, I'll watch more of your stuff, but sometimes I will get occupied, and you won't see me for a while, but I promise I'll always come back. And I will specifically apply the love where it's most needed, if you know what I mean. ;) But yeah, with all the time and quality ingredients you packed into this dish, there was NO WAY that it wasn't gonna be spectacular! =)
@@Maplecook it’s definitely a challenge. I want to be more consistent with posting videos and make more than one a week but I just never have the time. I see these channels posting 2-3 videos a week and have no clue how they do it. I do greatly, and genuinely appreciate your support and will continue to do the same.
@@JoeYourCookingGuide OMG, Bro, you NAILED it with the, "I never have the time," statement. I can't seem to manage more than 1 video every 2-3 weeks, and I'm exhausted doing it. I think the guys who can do 2-3 per week, must have a team behind them, and just keep it a secret. I know of one Japanese Food Tuber (whose name I will not mention) who is incredibly popular, but he only plays at being an amateur like us. In reality, he has full corporate backing, and a full team of cameramen, sound guys, video editors etc. He also insists he is a self-taught amateur, but then he comes RIGHT OUT and SHOWS his professional license. Doh! It's so funny; guys like us are always striving to make it more polished, and he actually throws in all kinds of fake, "mistakes," to hide the fact that everything is SUPER pro. From the first MONTH his channel started, he got 10,000 members, and it grew in exact increments of 10,000 every month, for something like the first year. Yeah, seems legit, eh? hahaha
@@Maplecook I don’t like channels that aren’t genuine and honest. I can only speak for myself but I have no clue how to film or edit and try to learn from the pleather of mistakes I make. I check out all these channels and don’t know how their videos can be so good if they are filming without the assistance of a cameraman. Dude, we will continue to show our passion for food and good things will happen!!
