Oh man I feel you, I'm a chocoholic as well. This recipe looks amazing. This pudding cake is so perfectly moist and soft. Also lime cream is a very interesting addition, and I bet it tastes amazing. I actually need to try this recipe out!
I've made this cake a few times and always try to make some subtle changes to enhance t he flavor profile. The lime in the cream really helped to cut through the richness of the cake. I am chocoholic too. Oh I love coconut water but I haven't tried adding it in cakes, I always use coconut milk, that's a great idea! I love that you added toasted coconut flakes too. Thanks for sharing.
