This is a great series MashaAllah. I have a request - please kindly make videos on emotional healing and Islam. I know that Dr. Rania Awad and others have made videos on trauma but I have watched them all. Or if someone could direct me to videos on that. I am referring to emotional healing for regret, anxiety about the future, etc
what needs to be done. Like I understand 5 prayers and Sunnah ones, fasting, reading and memorizing Quran, taking care of parents/family, neighbours, people even animals. What else? Maybe prayers in the middle of the night. So many Dua out there which do you use? How much extra prayers. How often do we need to read Quran ( once a day, how many pages) like what's the minimum or acceptable? Is there a Hadith the guides us to that balance? Just curious.
