I got red tagged!

My F-Up and how I got red tagged for not doing the right thing by pulling permits. You can choose to do the right thing or you can take your chances but if you do, you'll run the risk of spending more money in the long run and wasting more time and energy. Right or wrong, every flipper tries to get away with it when they can but eventually you will get caught and you will have to pay for it. I go over how I got busted, what it actually cost me, and I'll let the people decide if it was worth it.
