Lol, why would I do that when I make a whole lot more flipping houses? Not only did I come from making 6 figures in corporate world, but I make so much more and have a lot more time to do the things I want on my time. Why make someone else rich by working for them? Flipping isn’t for everyone and you may not be able to do it or handle it, but I can tell you the only regret I have is not doing it sooner. Wealth isn’t for everyone but if you feel that a 9-5 is worth it for you, so be it.

My wife and I rented a home while ours was being built around the corner. It was a new home that no one had lived in only us. There were plenty of cracks in the drywall not in the board itself but in the taped joints. After spending a number of years learning about construction etc., I see that lots of times it’s a lousy framing job, covered up by drywall and sometimes a lousy drywall job. Some builders/subcontractors actually don’t belong in the business. In the case that I cited a few sentences back, it was a lousy job taping the corners both inside and outside corners. Old homes, different deal. There are TH-cam videos of home inspectors doing a pre-closing inspection to make sure the house was built properly and what a joke that turns out to be.
So true! I’ve seen so many older homes have the same issue but see it more in newer homes. They practically build them in 2-3 months so tape and float just to hide it and get it done.
@@flippinrealityhomes A friend of mine who was a drywall installer told me there are very few people drywalling that aren’t drinking alcohol or using drugs during the day.
