Check if your CPU supports SSE4.2 and PopCnt. Download CPU-Z and Run to check it . This is the second system requirement added to Windows 11 since it first came out. The Setup prep .exe /product server command line and the latest version of Rufus 4.6 bypass method no longer works, if your CPU doesn’t have SSE4.2 and PopCnt instructions. Attempting to boot Build 26080+ on systems without the SSE4.2 instruction present will trigger an automatic reboot once it reaches the boot screen phase. The requirement for PoPCnt and SSE4.2 could be bypassed by emulating and embedding the instruction sets into the Windows 11 24H2 installation, along with setting up an emulator that runs before each Windows 11 24H2 boot. It's impossible to make any guarantees about what the next release of Rufus will or won't include, including whether the next command line setup prep will be supported. The details will be clear once it is released.
