NOBODY did it like Scottie, NOBODY! I saw all those forwards from the 80s and 90s and only Dr. J and Grant Hill came close. Those 3 guys were just different than everyone else, the way they move.
so great to see just so much respect for Scottie … it‘s timeless even in 2022. God bless you and Michael and of course Cobe for so much love in playing real and authentic… you makes the world better and will stay for ever in our hearts. It‘s my childhood.
This was my first NBA game i ever attended i was 12 years old, I sat courtside this game and Michael Jordan even gave me his shoes i still have them till this day
I know the 96 team was special but this 91 team was a beast! They humiliated the Lakers in the finals and Pip could’ve easily been finals MVP! Shut Magic down!
PIPPEN just wasnt the type of player that would put up multiple 40+ games a yr. He feeds off teammates & is a point forward. Where as the team feeds off MJ.
Gotta enjoy how subdued the crowd was responding to the game. Everyone remains seated and just claps. Spoke to soon, I guess they stand to acknowledge 40.
Basketball is a team game. There is no main role. Sure, some guys score more points than others but there is more much to it than just scoring. Pippen played his role to perfection. The same cannot always be said about Lebron
Whoever that jaminsky guy is might be the worst nba player I've ever seen. MJs competition was not comparable to lebron's today. That guy would not even be in the g league today hed be overseas
Pippen was one of the best all around players ever!
i though there was only 2 people on the bulls why do they have five lol
Why one of the best?
43 points on 17 shots to go along with 6 assists, 4 rebounds, and a ridiculous 6 steals! Goodness what a game!
Top pound for pound, all around player ever in my opinion 🤟
Most under-rated player ever....!!!! young kids today know some names but they always skip over Scottie Pippen.!!!
NOBODY did it like Scottie, NOBODY! I saw all those forwards from the 80s and 90s and only Dr. J and Grant Hill came close. Those 3 guys were just different than everyone else, the way they move.
100% accurate description.
It was cool that you sprinkled in some Jordan as well. Pippen is still underrated. Good stuff on the video.

Yeah right
Scottie is the reason why I wore 33....
Me too
Grossly underrated
Wow. That dunk from the dotted line over Curry... and the play leading up to it... beautiful stuff.
16 for 17!?!?! That's just absurd.
I.A. Scottie was the man. I still remember him dunking on Patrick Ewing, he was definitely a superstar in his own regard.
Thee most underrated player in NBA history!
No words
No mercy
No questions
This is no.33 Scottie Pippen
Is good to be here with you guys all of you as me admire the number 33. He should be 94 MVP. He was much better than you can see in the stats
Defence back then is better than today
Charlotte was awful on defense they were maybe the worst in nba at least the top 3 worst
He (Scottie Pippen) should be MVP in 1990-s
How ?
I know the 96 team was special but this 91 team was a beast! They humiliated the Lakers in the finals and Pip could’ve easily been finals MVP! Shut Magic down!
Phil Jackson actually said the 1st three peat team was better than 72-10 one
The '93 squad was murderous also!
@@Setxboy MJ & PIPPEN were exhausted thanks to dream team. The BULLS started really slow, but went an incredible 15-4 in the playoffs.
Pippen had no argument for FMVP. Jordan was Magic main defender.
Pip was d man 16/17 fg ...awesome
Scottie Pippen, as smooth as a gravy sandwich
There won't be another Pip.
1:35 Tippin' Pippen!
forgot to metion, he did it 30 minutes of playing time...had he played 45 min, that could be close to 60...
That's assuming the pace is maintained. No guarantees of that.
@@bubufubu "could be"
@@pyeuneu I caught that. It's still misleading.
@@bubufubu You know this guy Scottie had no problem with pace, so without doubt he could have scored not 60 but between 52-56.
you know if you flipped it and said Jordan 'could' bubu would have no 'pace' concerns. Pippen could gone 60 w 12 more mins.
That stat line is absolutely unreal. Unheard of.
When Jordan and Pippen are nothing cooking there is no chance for anyone to beat them.
PIPPEN just wasnt the type of player that would put up multiple 40+ games a yr. He feeds off teammates & is a point forward. Where as the team feeds off MJ.
They actually feed off Pippen. He was the one to get them involved. Jordan pushed everyone to their max. But they loved Pippen!
Them boys were to smooth..
Thanks for uploading!!!
Jim Durham was a great play by play man; too bad he was dumped after the first championship
4:34 Jordan...!!!
Gotta enjoy how subdued the crowd was responding to the game. Everyone remains seated and just claps.
Spoke to soon, I guess they stand to acknowledge 40.
I'm betting that these adults are simply classier people who don't feel the need to lose their shit after every single basket like college crowds do.
Lebron is what pippen could of been of he played the main role!
Basketball is a team game. There is no main role. Sure, some guys score more points than others but there is more much to it than just scoring. Pippen played his role to perfection. The same cannot always be said about Lebron
Love how Mike took the back seat.. in this one great game by pip just a little bit..lol
Classic Pip
Love courtside angle.
just look up the number's. team's averaged 10 more ppg in the playoff's that year than team's did in the regular season this year. ouch
looking like lebron before lebron
This guy at my job saying PiP should not be in the HOF... Smh Pippen aint easy
That guy at your job must have another job as a clown. Pippen during his Bulls tenure was a top 50 player of all time. Maybe even top 20.
How many rebounds did Grant have?!
You could also call this "the worst of Mike Gminski"... WOW
Lol...heck yea you could!!!
"Scottie wanted more money"
"Jerry Krause said 'sure we'll do that for ya'."
In hindsight that's a big "Oof".
Lol? MJ, David Robinson, Hakeem Olajuwon and Karl Malone were all in the league.
"As the players say, and 1."

That schtick is older than you. You're a moron. Just go away already.
No defense back then at all
Charlotte was notoriously bad defensive team in 91 .. they were god awful
Says the ignorant moron who believes one 10 minute clip is sufficient evidence to make a blatantly false generalization of an era. *yawn*
reason why they could score more was due to the illegal defense rule until they changed in 2002 I think. No zone defense back then.
No, Statistically speaking team score way more now
why is this his "greatest game"? just because he scored a lot?
the worst defence by a team
No defense!!!
Charlotte was notoriously bad defense team in 91
No knowledge!!!
It was better than it is today
