the show has been extremely edited ., in parts badly. i assuming to remove some of the more problematic songs. it might of been easier to just to do disneyland forever with a patriotic tag at the end, like they have done in some years

They only removed two songs (Oh Susanna and Red River Valley) and replaced the narration. Other than that, the show is exactly as it was created.
It’s possible that they removed them to shorten the show, given the significant increase in fireworks costs.
