And what do you do when you press, "menu" you select "Management Settings" and the screen displays "system manager login" and you don't have the manager ID or PIN?

Press HOME, press left of home (between the little moon icon en home), press right of home (between home and the red icon), press the volume button, press the red icon. Go to Function > All > press Yes. Wait. Turn off the Printer. Turn on again and you can set everything again.

At this point, to bring up "functions" I have to go back to "Home" and select "menu"
"functions" is number 3 on a list of 5. There is no option that says "yes"
@@sammyseguin2978 maybe they updated the firmware? try this:
1. Press the HOME button.
2. Press in between the home button and the sleep button to its left (in the blank space between them).
3. Press in between the home button and the stop button to its right (in the blank space).
4. Press the physical sound button to the left of the speaker icon (around the corner of the bezel, on the left of the display unit).
5. Press the stop button to the right of the home button.
You will be in service mode. Press "COPIER" then "FUNCTION" then "CLEAR" then "CLEAR ALL".
