This model is how the estate was laid out in real life. But the guest house in this model is made to look like what you see in the TV show. In real life the guest house is a boat house.
Glad you like it! I have a newer video (same world file) here th-cam.com/video/q9ET0BKPZWw/w-d-xo.html I also have a tour of the guest house here: th-cam.com/video/WQF616TMYFg/w-d-xo.html That includes a world file I just updated today to include a new structure I built (which is unrelated to Magnum) and a trail of blocks to connect the guest house to the other structures.
Hello, it's on the map if you download it. I also have a newer video that shows the estate with the guest house and gate house added, along with a lot of landscaping: th-cam.com/video/q9ET0BKPZWw/w-d-xo.html

Very cool, I’ve worked on making some basketball and baseball stadiums with my kids. Where were you able to get a floor plan of the real house?
Yes it's online magnum-mania.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=285&sid=7acf050cd48c443d722ce923d0ac34c4&start=2250

Out of curiosity, if anyone has found the three treasures and the hidden room, please let me know B^) (but no spoilers!)
I haven't... can you reply now what they are? Also, is there a link for the floorplan you have?
